Igor Korošec

Igor Korošec, born on March 24, 1972, in Kranj, is an accomplished actor with a diverse career spanning film, television, theater, and voiceover work. After graduating from the prestigious Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in Moscow, Igor built a successful career in Slovenia and internationally. His notable stage performances include Gospa poslančeva, Minister v škripcih, and Hiša iz kart, where he demonstrated his versatility across different genres and directors.

Igor’s film and television credits showcase his range, with roles in Hollywood productions such as Good German(directed by Steven Soderbergh) and Charlie Wilson’s War (directed by Mike Nichols), as well as TV series like Alias, Chuck, Rizzoli & Isles, Undercovers, and Grimm. He is also known for his voiceover work, including the popular series The Chosen and the audiobook Brazgotine.

He gained recognition for his role in the Slovenian short film Minus 1, winning Best Actor at the Global Monthly Online Film Competition, and continues to expand his profile with international voiceover work and commercials, including spots for Eurospin and Medical Village.
